Your patients are managing
more than a pessary.
GYNKGO is here for the pessary
so they can focus on the "more."
A functional, beautiful management system for women who use vaginal pessaries — built with input from real patients and developed in partnership with pelvic health clinicians. It does not replace your expertise. It supports the routine you prescribe.

The Challenge
"You fit the pessary. You explain the care routine. You send them home — and many of them store it in a ziplock bag wedged between a tube of hand cream and a hair tie."
The biggest contraindication with pessaries is non-compliance. Patients don't use the solution they have because it's inconvenient, cumbersome, and doesn't feel good. GYNKGO was designed to close that gap.
The GYNKGO System
A first-of-its-kind
pessary management case
Biocompatible SLA Enclosure
Rigid, medical-grade plastic housing. Dishwasher-safe. Accommodates the most common pessary sizes in ring ( up to 3.5 inches with and without support and/or knob) and cube up to 2 inches. TSA-compliant for travel.
Designed Ventilation Panels
Asymmetric ginkgo leaf relief on the case sides provides hygienic ventilation and drying, while a precision seal prevents external contamination. No improvised drying on tissue paper.
Two Opaque White Glass Bottles
Serum-pump tops allow single-handed, no-contact dispensing. One for cleanser, one for lubricant or topical support. Refillable with the patient's preferred products.
Three Dedicated Compartments
Pessary, cleanser, and supportive topical — stored together, contained, ready. No more assembling three separate items before a gym session.
Clinical Rationale
Why it matters for
your patients' outcomes
-
Adherence depends on accessibility. When pessary care requires assembling multiple products from different locations, patients skip steps — or abandon the device altogether.
-
Psychosocial barriers are real. An estimated 25–50% of women with prolapse experience shame or social embarrassment around the diagnosis. A case that looks like a skincare object reduces that friction at the daily management level.
-
The perimenopausal patient needs an integrated solution. Genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) changes the pessary care equation. The GYNKGO case accommodates topical oestrogen cream or vaginal lubricant alongside the device — in a single, organised system.
-
Your recommendation carries significant weight. Patients are more likely to invest in a management solution when it comes directly from the clinician who fitted the device. The HCP channel is GYNKGO's primary route to market.

For Your Practice
How to recommend
GYNKGO to a patient
01
At the fitting appointment
Mention that GYNKGO exists. Many patients don't know that a purpose-built management case is available. The knowledge gap is the barrier, not the willingness to invest.
02
At any follow-up visit
If a patient reports inconsistency with their cleaning routine, losing track of the device, or feeling embarrassed about management, GYNKGO directly addresses all three.
03
For perimenopausal patients
The inclusion of a dedicated bottle for lubricant or topical oestrogen makes the GYNKGO case particularly relevant for patients managing GSM alongside prolapse or incontinence.
04
For newly diagnosed patients
The founder received her own POP diagnosis at 33, newly postpartum. The brand's origin story and community voice are specifically designed to reach women who feel isolated by a new diagnosis.
About GYNKGO
Functional. Beautiful.
Shame-free.
Founded with purpose
GYNKGO was founded by Mackenzie Maher-Coville, who received her own pelvic organ prolapse diagnosis at 33, eight weeks postpartum. After years of improvised solutions, she spent two years working with patients, clinicians, artists, and designers to build the system she wished had existed.
Made in New Hampshire
GYNKGO cases are manufactured locally, approximately 20 minutes from where the founder grew up, at a facility owned by a couple who are strong advocates for women's health.
Giving back
A portion of every GYNKGO case sold funds a pessary for a woman who cannot afford one, in partnership with a non-profit providing pelvic tools to under-resourced women across the US.
